Omnichain strategy game 0xAstra today debuts its first Genesis NFT collection ahead of its official launch on August 31.
The collection, consists of 800 NFTs, were minted on the Ethereum blockchain, and were sold out before the second phase even begun. These Genesis NFTs are now being traded on OpenSea, with the floor price currently sitting at 0.135 ETH.
These NFTs offer various in-game benefits and exclusive features for holders within the 0xAstra ecosystem such as in-game advantages, airdrops, and more.

The 0xAstra Genesis NFT collection was released in two phases—the Guaranteed Phase and the FCFS Phase.
The first phase started at 10:00 UTC and were reserved exclusively for participants on a whitelist selected based on their engagement and contributions to the 0xAstra community. These participants have a six-hour window to mint the NFTs.
Following the Guaranteed Phase, any remaining NFTs will be available to the public during a First-Come, First-Served or FCFS phase starting at 16:00 UTC, opening up the opportunity for the wider community to mint the exclusive collection.

The Genesis NFTs provide several benefits to holders within the 0xAstra ecosystem including in-game advantages such as an “Ultimate Pass,” which offers enhanced gameplay features and improved collecting capabilities. Additionally, holders gain access to a “Golden Shovel” feature, allowing them to receive extra airdrops and rewards from 0xAstra’s ecosystem partners.
Holders of the Genesis NFTs will also have privileged access to the ‘Vulcan’ and ‘Neptunus’ Charge Card Series, along with exclusive in-game features tied to these cards.
Upon starting the game, NFT holders will receive an exclusive chest containing valuable resources, providing them with a significant advantage from the outset.
