Scheduled for September 3rd to 5th at the picturesque Château de Vallery near Paris, France, the celebration will feature an NFT art exhibition and auction showcasing the talents of various artists. The event aims to raise funds for Maggie’s, an organization providing professional, practical, and emotional support to cancer patients, with proceeds directed explicitly to its Edinburgh center. The NFT auction will occur on MakersPlace from September 1st to 10th, 2023, allowing Bitcoin Castle Party 2023 attendees to view these exceptional artworks in person.
Artists interested in participating in this significant event can apply for the exhibition and auction. A panel of Jones, MakersPlace representatives, and Hernan Ortiz will select 24 artists, with the remaining six spots determined by a community vote. Selected artists will receive a brief detailing the event’s artwork guidelines, requiring them to create pieces that reference Alotta Money’s life or work.

Trevor Jones, an MA Fine Art graduate from Edinburgh University and Edinburgh College of Art, has been pivotal in art and technology collaborations for over a decade. His involvement in this event pays tribute to his creative partnership with Alotta Money, which started with their collaboration on the “EthGirl” NFT in December 2019. The event honors their mutual passion for the creative possibilities in Web3 and celebrates Alotta Money’s artistic innovative contributions to the NFT space.
