Web3 yacht brokerage, Cloud Yachts, has tokenized a 94-foot-long Sunseeker super yacht that offers its NFT holders a cruise around Miami. These Super Yacht NFTs are accessible for $500 and can be redeemed for a cruise between April 2023 and April 2024. Additionally, the non-fungible tokens feature a number of perks that will bring added value to holders.
To bring forth these NFTs, Cloud Yachts partnered with several industry-leading designers to release the limited-edition tokens on Ethereum. The platform plans to release them in small quantities during key events such as yacht shows and award ceremonies.
The official minting of the NFTs began on March 23, with the platform happy to present the world’s first tokenized super yacht. On top of going for a daylong cruise around Miami, holders of the NFTs will join an exclusive superyacht community, while also gaining VIP access to exclusive events within the super yacht community, such as parties, shows, and more.

Cloud Yachts Aims to Make Cruising Affordable
Furthermore, these NFTs offer a once-in-a life time opportunity for many individuals at a discounted price. Not to mention the additional perks such as attending yacht shows and access to networking opportunities. As Jordan Truchan, Vice President at Cloud Yachts, notes, there is “absolutely zero chance of getting on a super yacht cruise in Miami for $500.”
Renting a yacht in Miami for a full day can set you back about $15,000 to $20,000, but, Cloud Yacht through its NFTs is providing access to this exclusive experience for a small fraction of that amount. In a statement, the platform notes that “by purchasing a Cloud Yachts NFT, buyers are gaining membership access to a yachting network whose benefits & offerings will only increase over time.”
