The trend continues with its Sewer Pass NFT collection with the sales raking in over 12,871 ETH ($20 million) and counting. With over 10,000 owners and 54% unique owners, the collection has created a roar in the NFT space.
Bored Ape Yacht Club was abuzz this week after Yuga Labs unveiled its highly anticipated non-fungible token (NFT) project, Sewer Passes. Billed as the newest sensation for both avid crypto collectors and casual crypto investors alike, the Sewer Passes went on sale Wednesday and quickly raked up more than $6 million in ETH within hours of release, and have continued on an upward trend ever since.

What it entails?
Sewer Passes are the hottest NFTs around right now, and they come in four different tiers. These are determined by the number of NFTs held by a crypto enthusiast. For example, a BAYC or MAYC NFT holder who additionally own an NFT from the Bored Ape Kennel Club NFT collection instantly qualify for the highest tier Sewer Pass, which may be utilized in-game.
At press time, the Tier 1 Sewer Pass NFT has a floor price of 2.06 ETH on OpenSea. This converts to a whopping $3198.37 for the cheapest Sewer Pass NFT available on the secondary market.

Sewer Passes allow holders to enter the thrilling world of Dookey Dash, to be played from January 19 to February 8. Their success within the game will be immortalized through a broader narrative experience known as “Chapter 1”, which will launch soon. Sewer Passes were given out for free on Wednesday to those who held either a Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) or Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) NFT.
Yuga Labs’ entrance into the industry was virtually explosive — launching and acquiring two of the biggest NFT projects, Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) and CryptoPunks, both of which have become wildly successful. Its influence goes far beyond, reaching ties with some of the major players in the crypto and NFT space, enabling them to create a fortune for themselves by selling all the NFTs from their associated collections.
Yuga Labs is an established Web3 company in the current crypto space. The firm was last valued at $4bn and is currently building an interoperable metaverse ecosystem.
