The world’s most expensive painting, “Salvator Mundi,” is the latest piece of art to be tokenized as a non-fungible token.

According to a Techbullion report published earlier this week, ElmonX, the digital asset firm, is set to tokenize Salvator Mundi, the painting which previously sold for $450 million at Christie’s New York, the highest price ever paid at auction, as a non-fungible token late this week.
