Decentraland’s Journey to Digital Renewal
Decentraland’s wellness experiences will be thoughtfully crafted to provide attendees with novel avenues for recharging, resetting, and refocusing.
Ensuring an holistic approach to digital wellness, the event’s program is meticulously structured around five core pillars of well-being: physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual.
Other notable highlights include an interactive meditation pool, an inspirational creation inspired by the Japanese painter Ohara Koson, and a virtual tower meticulously designed for art therapy professionals.
Additionally, the event offers complimentary introductory sessions on well-being tools, including “The Empty Chair” technique and visualizations tailored for sports performance. Qualified experts will conduct these sessions, promising a valuable learning experience for all participants.
