Shiba Inu remains one of the hottest and most-followed cryptocurrencies, with intense interest in where the meme coin may be heading next. Experts have widely varying views on how SHIB will fare in 2024 specifically. However, expectations stretch from extremely bullish calls to much more gloomy outlooks.
On the positive side, senior market researcher Alexander Kuptsikevich of trading platform FxPro believes Shiba Inu can ride future crypto waves to reach as high as $0.0001 by the end of 2024. Kuptsikevich sees room for a strong continuation of the recent rebound.
His optimistic target is grounded in Shiba Inu’s still-strong correlation to Bitcoin. This could allow SHIB to follow a similar trajectory as BTC keeps powering to new highs as well. With Bitcoin charging upwards this month to over $72,000, Shiba Inu may have ample runway to keep exploring new heights.

Mixed Shiba Inu outlook
Conversely, the review platform Finder has issued a much bleaker Shiba Inu forecast for this year. Their panel of experts predicts SHIB will dramatically plunge 34% from present values to end 2024 trading at just $0.00001.
They also see further trouble beyond this year, with prices deteriorating as low as $0.000025 in 2025 before a mild recovery to $0.000045 by 2030. However, other analysts, such as those from Changelly, expect SHIB to ascend over 500% to around $0.0006 by the end of this decade.

So predictions clearly indicate a wide range of outcomes for SHIB. It spans from retesting its all-time high this year if Bitcoin’s gravitational pull stays strong to dropping by over a third if the crypto downturn resumes anew.
Still, crypto forecasting is notoriously difficult, so SHIB may ultimately surprise skeptics and supporters alike as 2024 plays out. The vocal SHIB community will certainly be laser-focused on milestones like surpassing Dogecoin as momentum keeps building.
