The Roaring kitty price has surged 26% in the last 24 hours to trade at $00.006636 as 7:20 a.m EST on a 7% surge in trading volume to $1.2 million
This comes as the former federal prosecutor Eric Rosen said a class-action lawsuit brought against Keith Gill for alleged securities fraud is “doomed” to fail.
Rosen said the lawsuit’s core argument, which revolves around Gill’s supposed obligation to disclose his options selling plans, would struggle to hold up in court. He argued that expecting Gill to hold onto all of his options until their precise expiration date would be unrealistic for any investor.
