The Global Games Show is pleased to announce Johnson Yeh, Founder and CEO at ROEHL & Ambrus Studio, as one of its esteemed speakers. The show is set for December 12 and 13, 2024, at the Grand Hyatt Exhibition Centre in Dubai.
Johnson Yeh will join some of the brightest minds gaming minds, over 70 speakers, over 110,000 community members, and over 200 media houses to step into the future of gaming, bringing together the worlds of Esports, next-gen games, and the Web3 gaming revolution under one roof.

Johnson began his career at Harvard Law School, where he served as a research assistant. Subsequently, he took on the research analyst role at Fidelity Investments in Taiwan. After completing his MBA, he embarked on a career at McKinsey & Company, ultimately rising to the position of associate principal in the firm’s Taipei office.
He also holds a Ph.D. in strategic management from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, and an MBA in general management from Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
Johnson Yeh held a prominent position in the cleantech and sustainability sector at McKinsey Asia before transitioning to the World Economic Forum in Geneva, where he took the helm of the Circular Economy Initiative. Since 2015, Johnson has been instrumental in transforming the Esports landscape in China, holding the position of Asia CEO for Riot Games, the developer behind the renowned game League of Legends.
Following that, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey and is now the Founder and CEO of Ambrus Studio. He holds a fellowship in the seventh class of the China Fellowship Program and is affiliated with the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
Yeh has been regarded as the “Godfather of Esports in China,” who led League of Legends (LOL) esports to become China’s most-viewed sport, with over 4 billion hours viewed annually and the largest esports league globally in terms of revenue.
