Adidas Originals, which is a legacy sportswear brand, is pleased to come out with its official announcement of having forged an exclusive collaboration with Fewocious, a highly sought-after Web3 artist. Through the launch that is slated for June 22, 2023, there will be the delivery of a limited edition and product oriented Trefoil Flower Mint Pass.
With this, it will be possible for NFT owners to get their pass back in exchange for a free pair of Campus 00s sneakers, which professional artists have designed. The sneakers in question will come with the brand’s silhouette, along with a unique black and white design and a blue and white background.
Regarding Fewocious, whose real name is Victor Langlois, he has already made his impact in the Web3 creative community at the young age of twenty, with his artworks gently referencing his transgender identity.
His relationship with Adidas has a long history, and many of his creative ideas have been influenced by the brand’s style, as shown at the Art Basel event in Miami in December 2022. Fewocious claims that he is extremely proud to have been given the chance to work with Adidas because doing so has always been his childhood dream.
Having taken the lead in introducing the mint pass, Adidas will be next to come to market with a token gated NFC tagged sneaker offering an exclusive NFT. On June 22, 2023, through OpenSea, customers who own Fewocious x FemoWorld and ALTS by Adidas Decos and Soles will gain access to a plethora of unique perks, such as early access to sales and reduced rates.
