Binance launches ‘Word of the Day’ game, allowing users to earn Binance Points by testing their knowledge on account security.
Binance has launched a new ‘Word of the Day’ (WOTD) game aimed at educating users on account security while offering them a chance to earn rewards. Participants can share a pool of 500,000 Binance Points, which can be redeemed for BNB token vouchers and trading fee rebates at the Rewards Hub, according to Binance.
Game Details and Participation
The WOTD game is designed to be an educational tool that helps users expand their cryptocurrency vocabulary and stay informed about market trends. The theme for this week is ‘Account Security.’ Users are encouraged to read selected articles on the topic and participate in the game to earn rewards.
The activity period runs from August 5, 2024, to August 11, 2024. During this period, eligible users can play up to two WOTD games per day. Those who correctly answer five questions throughout the activity period will get an equal share of the 500,000 Binance Points pool.
How to Unlock the Second Game
To unlock the second WOTD game of the day, users need to click on the ‘Get A New WOTD’ button after completing the first game. They must then share one of the selected articles of the day on social media. The second game becomes accessible once the shared link is clicked by a third party.
New User Welcome Bonus
New users who register for a Binance account using the ‘WOTD2024’ referral code or via a special referral link during the activity period will receive a 10% discount on their spot trading fees. Additionally, they may qualify for more welcome rewards by completing tasks available at the Rewards Hub within 14 days of registration.
About Binance Points
Binance Points are part of Binance’s loyalty program, allowing users to accumulate points by completing tasks and participating in activities. These points can be redeemed for various rewards, such as token vouchers and trading fee rebates, at the Rewards Hub.
Terms and Conditions
Participants must agree to the activity terms, which include the Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions, Binance Terms of Use, and Binance Privacy Policy. The WOTD game may not be available in certain regions, and only users from eligible countries who complete account verification can participate and receive rewards.
Binance Points will be distributed within two weeks after the activity ends. Users can log in and redeem rewards using their points via the Rewards Hub. Each Binance Point will expire on the last day of the same month of distribution in the following year if not used.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify users involved in dishonest behavior, such as wash trading or market manipulation. The company also retains the right to amend or cancel the activity at any time without prior notice.
