For XRP, the currency has surged to become the third-largest digital asset by market capitalization. The asset is at its highest level in seven years and may be set to reach an ATH come next year. Furthermore, Gensler and the SEC’s loss to Ripple Labs in a court case this year is also a catalyst for XRP’s recent growth.
