Mobile RPG Guild of Guardians is expanding its universe with the Frostmire expansion, scheduled for release on October 16, 2024.
This update introduces players to a new ice-themed region, alongside two new legendary Guardians, fresh gameplay content, and enhanced gear.
As part of the game’s ongoing development, Frostmire will bring additional challenges and opportunities for players, building on the game’s existing narrative and mechanics.

Frostmire is the latest expansion for Guild of Guardians, a mobile role-playing game developed by Immutable Games.
The expansion transports players to a frozen landscape filled with icy plains and snow-covered mountains. It continues the game’s tradition of releasing new regions, offering players an opportunity to explore a different setting and face new in-game challenges.
The Frostmire expansion is part of a broader development plan that aims to release new regions every few months. According to Game Director Chris Clay, each expansion will introduce new content whilst advancing the game’s narrative.

The Frostmire expansion introduces two new legendary Guardians: Lisca, a ranged hunter with frost-based abilities, and Dolvir, a warrior Guardian known for disrupting enemies and summoning pets during combat. Both characters will be available through the Altar of Sacrifice, a feature that allows players to summon and acquire new Guardians.
Additionally, the expansion offers level-7 gear for Guardians, providing stronger equipment to enhance combat effectiveness. Along with the new environment, players will encounter tougher enemies and face new challenges within the Frostmire region.
A limited-time event will also be introduced, allowing players to test their skills and earn rewards as part of the expansion’s launch.
