What do we know about Illuvium’s Open Beta so far?
Beginning April 30, Illuvium will offer up to 10,000 players the chance to enjoy Illuvium’s full gameplay experience on testnet, with the aim to refine features such as Immutable Passport integration, asset minting, Illuvidex trading, fuel purchasing, and travel mechanics.
Participants will receive Airdrop points for their involvement, which can be converted into $ILV tokens.
Following Private Beta 4, the testnet Open Beta phase will commence on May 28, and will be available to all via the Epic Games Store. This phase is expected to last 2-4 weeks before the Open Beta goes live on mainnet.
90% of the Play-to-Airdrop $ILV pool will be distributed over the next five months. Players will continue to accumulate Airdrop points across the Private and Open Beta phases, corresponding to $ILV rewards.
A suite of game improvements and feature enhancements are expected to land over the coming months based on player feedback.
