Dogecoin [DOGE], the very first meme cryptocurrency to make its debut has garnered a lot of fans over the years. The asset has been booming in terms of popularity but the price of DOGE has been in a rut. DOGE, over the past 30 days has dipped by 26.33%. This sentiment continued in July as well. At press time, the meme coin was trading at $0.1198 with a 3.14% drop over the last 24 hours.
Some investors haven’t given up on the meme coin despite its stagnating price. Among these investors are also well-known celebrities. For several years, Musk has been tweeting about the Dogecoin. His recent statements that Dogecoin is one of just three cryptocurrencies he owns have been crucial to DOGE’s success. But beyond just tweeting, Musk has provided users with acceptable uses for their DOGE holdings. Recently, Musk added a selection of goods to the Tesla online store that could be purchased using Dogecoin.
Although Elon Musk is undoubtedly popular, there are other people on the list as well.

- Snoop Dogg – The name Snoop Dogg frequently appears in NFT investments and several cryptocurrencies. His acquisition of Dogecoin in 2021 sparked his curiosity in these ventures.
- Mark Cuban – The Mavericks took a bold step in March 2021 when they decided to accept DOGE as payment for tickets and merchandise. The team is owned by billionaire businessman Mark Cuban.
- Gene Simmons – According to the bassist for the rock band Kiss. He holds a slew of cryptocurrencies. Among them, he has Dogecoin valued at six figures.
- Lil Yachty – Reports revealed that American musician Lil Yachty intends to invest one-third of his income in Dogecoin. In February, he had even pushed for the cryptocurrency to reach 10 cents.
- Kevin Jonas – The Jonas Brothers band member states that he believes in Dogecoin. The oldest Jonas brother tweeted in February 2021, “All I’m saying… $Doge.”
- Jake Paul – Similar to Kevin Jonas, Jake Paul, in mid-February, joined the Doge craze. The influencer and boxer drew comparisons between the dog-themed asset and the market leader Bitcoin in terms of potential.
