MyEListing is a free US-based real estate data and listings platform recently teamed up with Championship Title and Millennial Title. This partnership has allowed MyEListing.com to develop a digital marketplace where people worldwide can buy or sell US real estate with cryptocurrency by merging with Coinbase Commerce.
ASAP (Accelerated Sale And Purchase) program is the initiative’s name, and MyEListing.com hosts the marketplace. Coinbase will act as an intermediary to convert crypto from the buyers into fiat currency for the sellers. Championship Title and Millennial Title will handle all the work related to ownership of the title.

The speed of transactions through ASAP will be around 50 times faster than in the real world, making it cost-saving, more accessible, and convenient to trade.
The initiative was introduced on the 20th of April, Thursday, for properties based in Texas, but it will soon expand to other select states by June 2023. Sellers, brokers, and agents in Texas will be allowed to make their properties available to a global list of buyers, irrespective of their language, currency, or location.
