Over the course on the last 2 years, it has become increasingly apparent that gaming will play a major role in the Web3 realm. So much so, that a number of gaming specific networks have emerged to cater for the high-traffic demands of the sector. On June 28, Oasys hosted a very special event in Kyoto’s historic Nijo Castle, where it outlined its plans for the future, and wowed attendees with more than a few incredible announcements. Over the course of the evening, Oasys revealed a variety of mind-blowing partnerships with a number of big industry players, and offered a tantalizing glimpse at some of the games in development.

Oasys Makes Powerful Allies for its Web3 Gaming Network
At the event, 13 of Oasys’ partners took to the stage to showcase their contributions to this burgeoning new ecosystem. Among these, Korean mobile developer, Com2uS, revealed that it is working on a AAA gaming environment to empower Japanese developers, while also onboarding the popular blockchain title, Summoners War: Chronicles, onto the network. In addition, industry goliath, Ubisoft, was also on hand to unveil its first ever partnership with Oasys, that will result in ‘Champions Tactics: Grimoria Chronicles’ coming to the platform.
To further solidify itself as a major force within Web3 gaming, several previously announced projects also gave updates on their current state of play. As a result, Double Jump Tokyo revealed the exciting ‘Battle of Three Kingdoms’ game that utilizes Sega’s ‘Sangokushi Taisen’ IP. MIXI announced a development partnership to build engrossing and immersive gaming experiences. DMM.com confirmed imminent launch of ‘Coin Musume,’ while also teasing details of upcoming games, ‘Kanpani☆Girls RE:BLOOM,’ and Kamiyagura.
Furthermore, Oasys also announced details of a second NFT project in collaboration with Bandai Namco revolving around the concept of ‘AI lifeform X NFT.’ In addition to the development of a crypto wallet optimized for the Oasys network
