Plerf Price Set For A Rebound
The Plerf price was in a consolidation phase at the end of March as the struggle for dominance between the bulls and the bears intensified.
In the past two days, the PLERF bulls have shown resilience, pushing the price higher through a markup phase to retest the $0.0057 resistance level twice. However, the bears took control at this level, driving the price down below the $0.0027 critical support zone and further down to $0.0013.
Additionally, the price trades slightly above the 50-day Simple Moving Average (SMA). This reinforces the overall bullish sentiment, increasing the likelihood of the price surpassing the $0.0013 support zone. If the bulls continue the rebound over the falling wedge pattern, PLERF will eventually overcome the 200-day SMA hurdle.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is currently rebounding from the 30-oversold level, currently at the 50-midline level, showing that the bulls are adding more to their buying positions. As the bulls stage a rebound, the RSI could surge over the 70-overbought region, indicating intense buying pressure.
The Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) also shows signs of a rebound as it climbs toward the neutral line. Moreover, the moving average line (blue) crosses above the signal line (orange), further cementing the bullish outlook, forming a bullish crossover.
The green bars on the histogram also extend above the signal line, showing that PLERF is currently in positive momentum.
Plerf Price Prediction
The Plerf price analysis shows that PLERF has been down in the last 24 hours but with signs of a rebound over the falling wedge pattern. Major indicators, including the RSI and MACD, offer bullish prospects for optimistic investors to buy more.
If the bulls succeed in the trend reversal, PLERF will soar, with the target at $0.0050.
However, the 50-day SMA trades below the 200-day SMA, forming a death cross at $0.0030. A death cross often offers a bearish sentiment to an asset’s price. In such a scenario, the price would go down through a retrace back to the support zone at $0.0010, negating any bullish sentiment.
