Clients can use DOGE to pay for Tesla and SpaceX merchandise. Musk has also accepted DOGE payments for a satellite mission to the moon.

Musk has publicly stated that Dogecoin (DOGE) is his favorite cryptocurrency. The tech billionaire loves Shiba Inu dogs and is a proud owner of one named Floki. Some crypto enthusiasts even created a cryptocurrency named after Musk’s pet.

Musk’s love for DOGE makes it easy to understand why his ventures have enabled DOGE payments. On the other hand, whether Tesla will accept SHIB or not is hard to say. It is unlikely that the company will accept any other cryptocurrency other than DOGE. Tesla, a massive Bitcoin (BTC) holder, does not even accept BTC for its products. Going by this trend, SHIB may not be on the company’s radar as an accepted form of payment.
